Direct greenhouse delivery protocols for healthy, climate-protected botanical arrivals.
Standard Shipping Rate
Standard delivery $12.99. Additional plants on the same order do not increase this rate on our storefront. Every order is packaged individually with custom botanical cradles and temperature-regulating insulation.
Winter Shipping & Temperature Protection
Heat pack $7.99, optional. Ships in the same box as plants. We strongly recommend adding a heat pack whenever destination daytime temperatures may fall to 45°F or below.
Delivery Scope
Palma ships exclusively to the Continental United States (the 48 contiguous states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations to ensure plant health during transit.
Greenhouse Processing & Dispatch
Live plants require careful conditioning before dispatch. Orders are inspected, watered, packaged, and dispatched directly from the greenhouse within 1–4 business days.
Once dispatched, tracking details are sent immediately via email. Standard carrier transit typically takes 2–4 business days depending on destination.
30-Day Live Arrival Guarantee
Live Arrival covers packing and transit defects with a photo claim within 30 days. If your plant arrives damaged due to transit conditions, please submit a photo within 30 days of delivery to our concierge team at Contact Concierge for a replacement or refund.
Live Arrival does NOT cover cold damage when destination temps are at or below 45°F and no heat pack was added.
