Add this to your order when daytime temperatures at your address are 45°F or below. One add-on covers the whole order, so pick the option that matches how many plants you're buying.
Depending on the weather along the route, your box gets multi-day heat packs plus faster shipping or a thermal liner. If temperatures drop below 0°F, we hold the order and contact you before it ships. If plants arrive with cold damage when protection was added, we'll replace them or refund you.
It ships inside the same box as your plants. Without it, we can't cover cold damage in winter.
