Yellow is a symptom, not a diagnosis. This page walks wet vs dry, old leaf vs new leaf, and sends you to rot triage when the mix has been wet too long. It is a decision tree. It is not a lab.
One lowest leaf going yellow on an otherwise firm plant is often age. A flush of yellow on new growth plus a heavy pot is not age. Still stuck: Plant Doctor or send Nick a photo from the end of that page.
